Blooming with Happiness
I made this card for LauraJean's MFT swap. I just found this stamp in a LSS recently and knew I had to use it for her swap. The paper is from a DCWV Farmer's Market pack with SU Real Red card base.

I made this card for a baby shower this weekend. I've made a quilt, receiving blanket and bibs with a Noah's Ark print. The Ark is made by hand. I started with an oval for the base and cut the boat shape then used a big oval SU punch to make the green edge. The top is a rectangle and the modern label punch for the green. Noah, the elephant, giraffe and ostrich are from CTMH Animal Parade which also has an ark, but it wasn't big enough for the card I visioned. The penguin is from Polar Pals. The whale and turtle are from Fox & Friends and the others are from Zoofari. The Rainbow is a DRS design that has a butterfly and flowers on the base of the rainbow. I just cut out the rainbow part that I needed. I'm sure I spent way too long on this card as the housework should have been getting done, but I needed the ark to overflow with animals, two by two, of course.

Happy Mother's Day Mom.
I made this card for my wonderful mother. She has been my lifesaver more times than I can remember, but most of all she has always been there for guidance and love. I just got this Pure Innocence stamp a few weeks ago. It's actually the Easter set. I was a little leary when I first saw it because Easter was just a week away, but I thought I could cover the eggs with flowers and use it for other occasions. The paper pack I used is from Basic Grey. I believe it is Lemonade. The Happy Mother's Day sentiment is from Hero Arts. It is one of the first stamps I bought in 2003 when I got started with stamping. It just happened to be close to Mother's Day.
